If you have a regular gmail account, you can use CallRail for Google SheetsTM. You don't need a Google Workspace account. Just install CallRail for Google SheetsTM from Google Workspace Marketplace
Do I need to create an account?
No, you don't need to create an account separately. You can simply run CallRail for Google SheetsTM from a Google SheetsTM spreadsheet and your account will be automatically created.
How do I run it from Google SheetsTM?
Once you have installed CallRail for Google SheetsTM from the Google Workspace Marketplace Click on Extensions> CallRail for Google SheetsTM and select the menu.

When it comes to the runtime limit, add-ons can currently run for 6 minutes max for consumer accounts and 30 minutes max for organization accounts. The runtime limit is imposed by GoogleTM and we cannot do anything about it. Under the Licence menu you have the option to change the account type > if you know you have an organization account change the account type to Organization.
