Sponsored Products Campaigns

Start by enterig Portfolio ID (not mantatory), Campaign start date(mandatory),Additional Campaign naming(not mandatory) - the custom name will be appeded to campaign name construction.

Budget represents the Campaign budget while Bid sets the target level bid value. Bid Strategy selects a predefined Bid strategy value.

You can set Top of page and(or) Product page Placement adjustment values(not mandatory).

Select the account type (mandatory) as Seller or Vendor and Campaign Targeting Type (mandatory) for Keyword targeting, Product targeting or Auto targeting.

Choose from one of the seven predefined Output types. An example for each output type can by found by downloading the xlsx below:

Sponsored Products Campaigns.xlsx

For Keyword targeting you will need to select at least one from the available Match types: Phrase, Exact and Broad.

For Product Targeting ASIN is automatically selected. You can add Category(CAT) and Brand(BRAND) as well

For Auto Targeting the only available targeting is ASIN.

You can now select the ranges. For doing this you will need to select a spreadsheet range consisting in only one column. The assistant will check for applied filtering and will remove duplicates. The SKU(for Seller) or ASIN(for Vendor) number of unique values needs to be identical with the Product Ad ASIN number of unique values. If these are not equal you will be prompted when trying to generate the .xlsx file.

You can also opt for Negative targeting. This can be set at Campaign Level, Ad Group Level, Negative Product Targets and Negative Brand Targets.

The file will be ready in a few seconds. The output time depends on the number of values added with Select Range buttons.

The output is an .xlsx file which you can preview and download.

We do not offer direct API upload since we encourage you to go through the generated data before you upload this to Amazon.

There are 2 options for Creative headline which is added at Campaign level: Individual (different headline for each created campaign, selected from the range. The assistant matches the order in the headline range with the order of Ad Creative range values.) and Uniform (which uses a single headline for all created campaigns). Headline length is of max 50 characters.

You can also opt for Negative targeting. This can be set as Negative Keywords, Negative Product Targets and Negative Brand Targets.

The file will be ready in a few seconds. The output time depends on the number of values added with Select Range buttons.

Cost Type for Bidding Strategy is required and can be Optimize for page visits or Optimize for conversions(CPC) or Optimize for viewable impressions(vCPM)

For Bid Optimization field, you can select Page Visits or Conversions (mandatory)

Next select Account Type as Seller or Vendor(mandatory) and desired Output Type(mandatory).

Choose from one of the four predefined Output types. An example for each output type can by found by accessing the xlsx below:

Sponsored Display Campaigns.xlsx

For Product Targeting you can select ranges for ASIN, Category(CAT) and Brand(BRAND).

Each of the product targeting options has its own budget and bid that needs to be filled in plus additional targeting details.

You can now select the ranges. For doing this you will need to select a spreadsheet range consisting in only one column. The assistant will check for applied filtering and will remove duplicates.

You can also opt for Negative targeting. This can be set as ASINs to Exclude and/or Brand IDS to exclude.

Product Ads creates Product ad entities for existing Sponsored Products Campaigns or Sponsored Display Campaigns based on an uploaded bulk file.

Target Bid Adjuster

Target Bid Adjuster allows you to update Target bids for Sponsored Products Campaigns, Sponsored Brands Campaigns and Sponsored Display Campaigns.

Upload a bulk file downloaded from Amazon Ads/Bulk Operations.The assistant will upload the .xlsx file to your drive and transform it to a spreadsheet for easier access.

Select the Ad unit for which you would like to Product ad entities followed by account type.

Choose if you'd like to consider enabled campaigns only.

Campaigns need to be selected. You can opt for all campaigns or specific campaigns only.

Targeting Types to analyze is required. For Ad Units like Sponsored Products Campaigns and Sponsored Brands Campaigns you can select between Keyword and Product targeting. For Sponsored Display Campaigns the only Product Targeting option is enabled and will target Contextual Targeting entities.

Depending on the Ad unit/Targeting combination you can apply an additional filter for Targeting type.

For Adjustment Type you have 3 options: Fixed Value, Increment and %.

Adjustment Type/Fixed Value: will replace target's bid.

Adjustment Type/Increment: will add to existing target's bid.

Adjustment Type/%: will calculate new bid as a percentage of the existing bid.

Adjusted Bid represents the Bid value that you would like the assistant to consider and Fallback Value is used for targets that do not have a specified bid in the bulk file.

You can additionally Extract Targets Based on Condition allows you to select only targets with specific attributes.

You can select one or more attributes chaining this by And/Or logical operator.

As an example: select targets with Spend greater than $5 and Orders equal to 0.

After selecting the desired attribute press on the + icon for adding this to the list of filters.

Attributes can be removed from the list by clicking on the corresponding - icon.

The output is an .xlsx file which you can preview and download.

State Channge allows you to change the state of targeted entities.

Select current state of the target entities for which you'd like to apply the changes.

Select new state that you would like to apply to target entities.

You can additionally select Targeted entity Based on Condition allows you to select only targets with specific attributes.

Search Volume

Search volume is part of our Amazon API tools and represents the approximate number of monthly searches for a keyword on Amazon. This endpoint will provide you with search volume values for a maximum of 1,000 keywords in one API request.

Related Keywords

The Related Keywords endpoint provides keywords appearing in the "Related Searches" section on Amazon.

Currently it accepts 1 keyword as input and the returned limit is of 1000.

Ignore highly similar keywords is selected by default. You can include these as well in the API call.

Select maximum returned keywords as multiples of 5.

Do I need to have a Google Workspace Account to use az Bulk Ops?

If you have a regular gmail account, you can use az Bulk Ops. You don't need a Google Workspace account. Just install az Bulk Ops from Google Workspace Marketplace

Do I need to create an account?

No, you don't need to create an account separately. You can simply run az Bulk Ops from a Google Sheets spreadsheet and your account will be automatically created.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please go to the 'Your Account' tab, You can follow this guide also please share your feedback with us so we can improve.

We don't use Google Sheets, can we still use az Bulk Ops?

For now, az Bulk Ops only works with Google Sheets. We are working an integration with Microsoft Excel as well. Please sign up for the waitlist to get notified when we launch it. If you use any other presentation software, please send us a message, we'll look into it, and if there is enough demand, we'll prioritize it. Thank you!
